1. How can I make the order?

 

  1. Select a bouquet.
  2. Add a little something extra
  3. Select delivery date
  4. Press “Continue shopping”, if you want to buy something else.
  5. Log in, if you are a registered customer, or fill in the customer details form.
  6. Fill in delivery details
  7. Proceed to checkout.
  8. Should you have any problems – please contact us.

 

2. Are all the flowers from your website available for delivery?

 

The variety of flowers depends on season and delivery destination, so we can’t always guarantee that specific flowers will be available at the specific time and place. In case, some flowers are not available, we’ll contact you and offer a substitution. Please note, that for the same day delivery we might not have time to accord a substitution with you, so we will either choose substitutes by ourselves, or postpone delivery until we can contact you. Please write in “Additional information” which way is more comfortable for you.

If you want specific items to be delivered to a specific place, please contact us well in advance and we will check if it’s possible. 

3.Do the flowers come in a vase?

 Usually the bouquets come without vase (unless otherwise mentioned in the item description). If you want to add a vase, please select it in “Add a little something extra” while making an order. Our florist will find an appropriate one for your bouquet.

4.Do you offer the same day delivery service?

We do offer a same day delivery service for all orders placed before 2PM local delivery time. Please don’t forget about the time zones.

 5.How can I change my order?

 If you want to make some changes in your order, please write us a letter to: admin@asap.ru and be sure to receive the confirmation that we have read it and made necessary changements. You can also contact us by Skype, ICQ or live messenger during our working hours.

6.What if there's a problem with my order?

If your order was not delivered on time or if there is a problem with the quality of items delivered, please contact us immediately by phone, email or other ways, we’ll do our best to resolve the situation. Please note that we can only accept the claims of quality within 24 hours after delivery.

7.How can I check the status of my order?

You can check your order status in your personal area on our website or by the email notifications. If there are some troubles, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

8.How can I pay for the order?

We accept different ways of payment. You can pay by paypal or credit card, using the checkout form on our website, or by a money transfer (Western Union etc.). In this case please contact us for the details.

9.What if the bouquet, I’ve ordered, is not available for the moment?

We will contact you to offer a substitute. Please note that it’s not always possible for the same day delivery, so in this case delivery can be postponed until we can reach you.

10.Can I request a specific time for the delivery of my order?

Unfortunately we can’t guarantee a time of delivery. However, you can write in “Additional information” field, which time is more suitable for you and we’ll try to take it into account. Please note, that it will not work during major holidays (such as St Valentine’s Day).

11.What is the “delivery factor”?

The delivery factor multiples the initial sum of your order. It's usually applied because of the various costs of flowers and gifts in different cities. This is not the delivery fee but the additional cost for flowers.
