Alstroemerias
Alstroemeria has been brought to Europe from South America in the beginning of 18 century, where they’ve been called “Peruvian lily” or “lily of the Incas”. The greatest variety of alstroemerias can be found in paramo in the northern Andes of South America. A bouquet of alstroemerias symbolizes wealth, luck, friendship, prosperity. The flowers of alstroemeria are fragrance-free, that’s why they can go together with any other flowers. A bouquet of alstroemerias made in our florist studio can last up to two weeks.
